  • Not at all! While I love helping runners prepare for races, my coaching is for anyone looking to build a consistent, sustainable movement practice—whether that’s running, walking, strength training, or a combination.

  • Yes! All my coaching is offered remotely. I use Final Surge to deliver your workouts, and we can communicate via email or text depending on your preferences

  • Life happens! You can reach out any time via email or text, and I’ll respond within 24 hours during the work week (9am–5pm, Mon–Fri) to adjust your plan as needed.

  • Yes! I’m certified in prenatal and postpartum fitness and have worked with many moms navigating these seasons. I’ll help you return to movement safely, confidently, and with a plan that prioritizes recovery, energy, and sustainability—not just speed.

  • 100%. I love making movement family-friendly and have tons of ideas for stroller runs, bodyweight strength at home, or active recovery that involves your littles.
